Raspberry Vodka Fizz
- 60ml Ewe Vodka
- 3 Fresh Raspberries
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- 12.5ml Sugar Syrup
- Egg white
- Topped with soda
- Raspberry Garnish
Method
Add the Ewe vodka, raspberries, lemon juice, syrup and egg white to a shaker and dry shake to whip the egg and combine the
ingredients. Then fill the shaker with ice and shake again to chill. Strain into a long glass until 3/4 full. Let sit for 30 seconds and then top it up with soda until the drink has come above the rim. Add a straw and enjoy.
